Earth Day Waterfront Cleanup

Meet at foot of Buchannan Street (near Albany Bulb)
Join the City of Albany and the Watershed Project for a waterfront cleanup in celebration of Earth Day! No registration required. Wear sturdy shoes, a hat and sunscreen, and bring your own reusable water bottle and gloves if you have them. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Oakland Earth Day

Earth Day is Oakland’s largest community volunteer and environmental cleanup event. Join us to beautify Oakland’s parks, creeks and streets! In 2015 approximately 3,400 volunteers pitched in more than 15,000 hours at 90 sites across Oakland. Check website for the most current list of volunteer sites. Registration is not necessary for individual volunteers but recommended for large groups.
